Ingredients (serves 1):
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso using The Zenith roast
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup evaporated milk or regular milk
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom (or a pinch of cinnamon)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: pinch of salt for depth
Instructions:
- Brew strong coffee with The Zenith roast and let it cool slightly.
- In a glass, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, cardamom, and salt.
- Fill the glass with ice, pour the spiced milk mixture over it, then slowly top with the brewed coffee to create beautiful layers.
