A refreshing, fruity, non-alcoholic mocktail that captures early spring vibes—bright berries and fresh mint over smooth cold brew.Ingredients (serves 1)For the Base
  • 8–12 oz cold brew coffee (chilled)
  • 1–2 tbsp berry syrup (or muddle ¼ cup fresh/frozen berries with 1 tbsp simple syrup)
  • 4–6 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Splash of sparkling water (optional for fizz)
Optional Garnish
  • Fresh mint sprig
  • A few whole berries
Instructions
  1. In a tall glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the berry syrup (or fresh berries) to release flavor.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the cold brew and stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with a splash of sparkling water if you want a little fizz.
  5. Garnish with mint sprig and berries.
Tip: Use a lighter roast like First Light for brighter fruit notes that play off the berries. Muddle lightly—too much and it gets bitter!
