Pistachio Cold Brew Latte

A nutty, creamy winter favorite with subtle sweetness and pistachio flavor—perfect over ice.

Ingredients (serves 1)

For the Base

  • 8–12 oz cold brew coffee (strong homemade or store-bought)

  • 1–2 tbsp pistachio syrup (or pistachio cream for extra richness)

  • Ice cubes

  • 4 oz milk (dairy, oat, or pistachio milk for intensity)

Optional Garnish

  • Crushed pistachios

  • Drizzle of pistachio cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the cold brew and stir in the pistachio syrup/cream until combined.

  3. Top with milk and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with crushed pistachios for crunch.

Tip: For homemade pistachio syrup, blend pistachios with simple syrup and strain.
