Whole Bean – Best for maximum freshness. Grind only what you need right before brewing. This gives you the most control and keeps the coffee at its peak longer.

Coarse – Ideal for French Press and Cold Brew. The larger particles allow a longer steep (or overnight extraction for cold brew) without over-extracting, producing a full-bodied, smooth cup. When customers note they want cold brew, I'll grind it a touch larger for even better results.

Medium – Works well for standard drip machines and most K-Cup compatible setups. It balances extraction for a clean, consistent everyday brew.

Medium-Fine – Perfect for pour-over methods (V60, Chemex, Kalita, etc.). This size creates good flow and clarity, highlighting the brighter notes in our lighter and medium roasts.

Very Fine – Designed for espresso. The fine grind creates the resistance needed for proper pressure and a balanced shot with good crema.
