Ingredients (serves 1):
- 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong coffee using Terra Incognita (or rotate with another roast)
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp berry syrup (strawberry, raspberry, or homemade: muddled berries + sugar)
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew espresso or coffee with your chosen roast and cool it.
