At the highest point of the journey, everything comes into focus.

The Zenith is a Colombian coffee that rewards exploration across every roast level. Grown high in the mountains of Huila and produced by women-led farms, this coffee balances depth, sweetness, and structure—whether brewed gently or pushed into bolder territory.

From bright, expressive light roasts to rich, full-bodied dark roasts, The Zenith adapts beautifully, revealing layered chocolate tones and red fruit character that evolve with each roast choice.

  • Excellent as batch brew or pour-over

  • Produces a dense body and heavy crema as espresso

  • Performs well across grind sizes and brew methods

Whether you prefer brightness or depth, this coffee rewards experimentation.

The Zenith is the single origin I really enjoy, especially in dark roast—bold chocolate, cinnamon, and molasses with that rich, full-bodied structure I love.
It's ridiculously versatile: great for batch or pour-over, and it delivers thick crema and heavy body as espresso across any grind.
No matter how you brew it or which roast level you pick, it always feels like reaching the top of your game, one rewarding sip at a time.
