Each roast level highlights a different expression of sweetness and body:
Light Roast
Honeycomb sweetness with milk chocolate, almond, and a gentle orange lift.
Medium Roast
Rounded and comforting — cola, chocolate, heavy cream, and warm baking spice.
Medium-Dark Roast
Richer and smoother with dark chocolate, toasted nuts, vanilla, caramel, and nutmeg.
Dark Roast Heavy-bodied and syrupy — dark chocolate, cola, and molasses.

Café Sierra Azul is a cooperative of roughly 300 smallholder farmers living within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Founded by the children of producers, the organization focuses on sustainable livelihoods, improved market access, technical assistance, and community development. This coffee is grown using certified organic practices at origin.
